Sunday Worship

9AM: We offer a simple 45 minute service in the Sanctuary. This service is informal and geared for our families, so come in your t-shirts and enjoy!

11AM: Our traditional Worship service is live-streamed and features music from the Organ and Chancel Choir. If you worship with us, sign in using our connect card.

Snacks Needed!

Over the next two weeks, we are collecting grab-and-go snacks for our unhoused guests who attend the Flowing with Blessings event in our gym on May 31. Please bring non perishable, easy to eat, pre-packaged snacks (granola bars, crackers, etc) to the reception area on N. Candler Street by May 30th. Thank you!

The Secret Garden

Auditions will be held at Decatur First UMC on June 28 & 29. Please use the portico entrance on the Commerce side of the church - there will be a sign-in table. More info and sign-ups can be found below.

VBS Snack Room

June Sunday School Series - The Bible and Disability

All adults are invited to this four-week series Led by Rev. Kevin Lazarus, Doctoral Fellow at Candler School of Theology. We'll explore common theological assumptions about disability by reflecting on key themes in Scripture—such as healing, the image of God, the Body of Christ, and the Kingdom of God. Along the way, we will consider practically what the Good News might look like in the lives of people with disabilities and discern next steps towards creating a more accessible church and community. Friends and Family Choir

The Friends and Family summer choir is back starting June 1st! Join us in the sanctuary for a brief devotional and a rehearsal of the morning's anthem from 10:30 to 10:50 a.m. We look forward to seeing you there!
