Intown Stars Gymnastics and Decatur First United have teamed up to offer families aftercare for those attending Vacation Bible School the week of June 17-21. Children (age 5 and older) will be picked up at the church in the Intown Stars passenger van and brought to the gym for gymnastics, crafts, games and lots of free play on the equipment! Parents may pick up at Intown Stars any time before 5:30pm. (limited to 14 children) To register for Intown Stars Gymnastics aftercare, click HERE.

WHAT CHILDREN DO AT VBS: Children are assigned to small groups of about 10 kids who are led through 4 different rotation areas by 2 adults and one youth volunteer to create a high adult to child ratio. They participate in crafts, music, recreation, storytelling and snack time which all underscore the Bible stories of the week. Children are encouraged to support a mission project for the week through a daily offering of coins!

SUNDAY CELEBRATION! After all the VBS fun, families are invited to join us on Sunday, June 23 for a special VBS worship service!

DFUMC staff and volunteers comply with Safe Sanctuary requirements to ensure the safety of children in our care.
