Jessica started with Decatur First in 2017 as a volunteer, helping out with preschool children's choirs, before joining the staff officially in 2020. In addition to her role as Music and Worship Assistant, Jessica is the wedding coordinator for the church, as well as the music teacher for our preschool program. She loves music - both the preschool and the grown-up kind - and is a member of our outstanding Chancel Choir. When she's not at the church or preschool, she can be found at home with a sausage dog on her lap, reading sci-fi and snacking on Haribo gummy bears (but only the green and clear ones).
