Executive Director of Finance and Operations
Primary Responsibilities
Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to the accounting team.
Develop, implement, and maintain personnel policies in consultation with the Church Council.
In collaboration with the Facilities Director and Trustees Chair, oversee all church properties, buildings, and vehicles, including insurance, maintenance, acquisition, and use of church property.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Administration, HR, or similar) required.

Director of Children’s Ministries
Primary Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for ministry with children and their families, in partnership with the Nursery Supervisor.
Research, select, adapt, and implement appropriate Christian education curriculum for elementary-aged children.
Recruit, train, support, and supervise children’s ministry staff and volunteers, alongside an engaged and robust volunteer community.

Organist/Accompanist
Primary Responsibilities
Provide provide organ AND piano accompaniment for two Sunday worship services each week, as well as for holy days and special services (e.g., Christmas Eve, Holy Week services).
Serve as organist/accompanist for funerals and weddings as needed, with first right of refusal.
Accompany the Chancel Choir during Wednesday evening rehearsals and Sunday morning worship.
