What is the Strategic Discernment Team?
On February 2, 2025, a group of Decatur First members began the process of discerning God’s preferred vision for Decatur First. We have partnered with Mike Bonem, a respected consultant, author, and coach, who will be facilitating the process through 2025. The team is committed to prayer, conversation, and transparency as we discern a faithful path forward. We look forward to sharing our process with you and appreciate your prayers during this exciting time.
