Here at Decatur First we offer services and programs to support the whole person and family. We also have a tremendous outreach of care and comfort for members and those in need in times of personal crisis. We also have groups and activities to uplift and engage the mind and spirit. Grief Support Group

Tuesday Mornings from 11:00am- 12pm) in Room 218.  This group is for those struggling with grief.

Chronic Pain Support Group

Sponsored by the Spondylitis Association of America.

Chronic Pain and SAA Support Groups meet in person every 3rd Saturday of each month at 11 am-12 pm, and the monthly Zoom meetings are every 4th Thursday at 7:30 pm-8:30 pm. 

We won't be having our in-person meeting for the Chronic Pain Support Group this month on Saturday, March 16th. I won't be in town. We will still have the virtual meeting on Thursday, March 28th. 

The topic is: Understanding Our Bodies. When Is It More than Our Normal Fatigue and Other Symptoms?
