Sunday Worship

9AM: We offer a simple 45 minute service in the Sanctuary. This service is informal and geared for our families, so come in your t-shirts and enjoy!

11AM: Our traditional Worship service is live-streamed and features music from the Organ and Chancel Choir. If you worship with us, sign in using our connect card.

Church Dinner and Advent Craft

You are invited to the next (and final one of 2025!) Church Dinner on November 19th. Dinner is served from 5:45-6:45pm.

November 19 Menu: beef ziti or spinach lasagna, salad, green beans, garlic bread from the Dinner Shoppe!

Advent Craft

You’re invited to make an Advent candle craft to take home and use as a reminder of the season. The craft involves candles and paint pens so kids will need parent supervision.  A registration fee of $7 covers the cost of supplies for one set of candles!

Advent Decorating

Every year volunteers like you make the church look so beautiful for this special season. This year you are invited to help decorate on November 23, 12-2pm in the sanctuary.

Pick up an Advent Lectio Divina Guide

There are great mysteries all around us. If we don't take a moment to slow down, we might miss them. Advent is the season of the church year to prepare to come close to the mystery of Christmas - the celebration of God’s incarnation in Jesus. An Advent devotional can help you slow down for a few minutes each day, or each week, to remember what we are coming close to in this season. You can pick up an Advent Lectio Divina guide from Decatur First that uses the scripture we will be using in worship each week. May you have a blessed Advent, and may you be a blessing to others in this holy season.  

Food Drive

Our next food drive in support of Decatur Cooperative Ministry and Decatur Emergency Assistance Ministry will be December 7 from 12:30-1:30 pm.

Christmas Concert

December 14, 4pm, Sanctuary

Christmas is coming and that means our annual Christmas concert is just around the corner! This concert will include beloved music of the Advent and Christmas seasons, led by the ukulele, children, youth, adult, and bell choirs. This concert is free and open to the community. Childcare provided.
