EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - FINANCE AND OPERATIONS

Paul brings more than 25 years of operational leadership from Sysco Foods, including the last 13 years  as Regional President, leading large teams through growth and transformation. Most recently, he served as CFO for a large, family-owned woodworking company, helping modernize financial and operational systems by using analytics and data to support better decision-making. 

Living in Decatur, Paul enjoys being a Scoutmaster for a local BSA troop, woodworking and gardening.  When not “puttering” in the garage, you’ll find him spending time outdoors hiking and traveling with his son and their beagle. He never says no to a Dr Pepper and is genuinely looking forward to becoming part of the family at Decatur First during this exciting season of growth and mission.
